Must be local and have reliable transportation. Busy real estate broker here in Coachella Valley, specializing in residential real estate sales ( mainly Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs) seeking RELIABLE, MOTIVATED, HUNGRY assistant - This is a Part time position, but you must also want to work some weekends - Excellent position for student, or someone that may work in the hospitality ( restaurant ) busines at night.
You will be required to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday ( hours flexible, but ideally between 11 AM - 4 PM) This would be mainly marketing, mailings and phone calls here in our office. You will also be doing some canvassing of neighborhoods ( no selling required ) dropping of marketing materials door to door. You will be provided with your fully equipped work space with computer - You must have your own car and cell phone. This pays $20 / hour. But you will also be required to work some Saturdays and Sundays - Hosting open houses and helping with buyer. This part of the job pays $25/hour with mimun 4 hours per day = $100/per Saturday or Sunday.
There is also a bonuse of $250 per home we sell Total compensation for this position will be approximately $2,000/month.
What will be expected of you:
Must be willing to work some nights and weekends ( To show properties and to hold open houses )
Client communications (must have strong verbal phone and communication skills).
Computer Savvy - Ability to create flyers, brochures, marketing materials, etc.
Multitasker (we move fast).
Ability to recognize high priority issues.
Must be local
Reliable vehicle and professional appearance
Team player
Bilingual a plus ( Spanish)
